• First, we handpick each bullet casing and inspect it for defects or discoloration.
  • After we approve the casings, we clean them in a wet tumbler with a cleaning solution for two hours to remove any contamination.
  • Next, we rinse the cases in a baking soda solution to remove any remaining cleaner.
  • The cleaned and rinsed casings were placed in a hot-air dryer for about 3 hours to allow all the water to evaporate.
  • Before we slice and prepare them for the lathe, we mark the casings and seal them in containers.
  • When we get your order, we machine-slice the casings and put them in a dry-polish tumbler for 8 to 10 hours. This step cleans, polishes, and smooths each slice.
  • Depending on what you request, we use a machine lathe to make the slices to the thickness you want.
  • Finally, we label, package, and ship your order.
